Tools for getting invoices paid

Small, specific things that come up when someone has not paid you. No account, no email wall, no trial to start. Every one of them works in the page you are on.

  • Reply decoder

Paste a reply you got about an unpaid invoice. Get back what it actually means and what to do next.

  • Late payment calculator

See how much cash your overdue invoices are holding, and what the wait costs you across a year.

  • Late fee calculator

Enter the amount, the due date and your terms. Get the late fee, itemised so you can put it in an email.

  • DSO calculator

Days sales outstanding from your own numbers, with the arithmetic shown rather than hidden.

  • Invoice reminder templates

Reminder emails for each stage of overdue, with a note on when each one is the right thing to send.

  • Cash flow calculator

Your cash month by month, and how much of it late-paying customers are holding up.

  • Invoice terms generator

Pick your terms. Get the line for the invoice and the full clause for your contract, with the maths shown.

Want the rest of it?

Two things, both free, both opt-in. You confirm by email before anything is sent.

What should we send you?

Double opt-in: you get one email asking you to confirm, and nothing else until you click it. Every email after that has a working unsubscribe link.

What the paid product will and will not do

These are enforced in code, not in a prompt. The model proposes; ordinary deterministic code decides — and every rule that overrode the model is recorded against the invoice, so you can read why Collectly did something other than what it was told.

  • Risk can only be raised, never lowered. The model may argue an invoice is riskier than the numbers say; it cannot argue one is safer.
  • A customer marked do-not-contact is never written to, whatever the invoice says. That check runs before anything else.
  • A paid or written-off invoice is never chased again. Follow-ups are switched off permanently, not deferred.
  • A disputed invoice stops automated chasing entirely and goes to a person to resolve.
  • If the last reply was hostile, nothing escalates automatically. A human decides what happens next.
  • Someone asking for a corrected invoice gets a correction queued, not a payment reminder.
  • Someone who says the invoice never arrived gets it resent, in a friendly tone, instead of being chased for it.
  • Someone who says they have already paid gets verified against your records, not chased again.

And one more, before any of that matters: Nothing sends itself unless you turned that on. Even then it is limited to low-risk invoices between one and thirteen days overdue.

Or point it at the invoices you are actually waiting on

The tools above answer one question each. Collectly answers all of them, continuously, for every invoice you have out.

Cancel any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full — no questions asked.
